Website Design Project for Architectural Firm

this was a website design project for an architectural firm based in Kuwait. I was contracted by a English branding agency to do the website development for the project.

The website is a showcase for an architectural firm, showing the projects they had worked on. This was a technically demanding project. The design was very precise and needed to be responsive in according to the size of the monitor it was being viewed on. The website was also built to be viewed both on desktop PCs and handheld devices including mobiles and tablets.

The key elements of the design were:

• Responsive design
• Separate designs fo mobiles, tablets and desktops
• Intensive use of images for showcasing
• Substantial use of Jquery for manipulating images
• An interactive world map highlighting regions worked in
• Based on the WordPress CMS to allow easy updating of the site

I continue to develop and maintain the website for the client.
