WFTO Website Development and CRM Services

WFTO is an international fair trade organisation. They work to provide a guarantee that their member organisations adhere to their fair trade principles. I have managed and developed both the WFTO website and their system for managing their members. The WFTO website is built using Drupal and they use the CiviCRM customer relationship management system to manage their members. WFTO also have an extensive members area where members can access and update their own details. WFTO also use the CRM system to record all their member interactions, produce reports, send out member emails and more. Some of the key services I have provided include:

WFTO have their head office in the Netherlands and I work for them remotely. Even though I am not based in their offices we have an excellent working relationship, communicating regularly using Skype, email and phone.
